Been continuing as before, aikido during the weekend and judo during the week.. My aikido is at a plateau right now, not learning a whole lot, just kind of meandering. As for judo, I am working on 5 of the kodokan dai-ikkyu kihon techniques right now with the addition of some basic ne-waza. With the little bit of jujitsu I have done, the newaza is quite enjoyable.
I find that my cardio is pretty strong. I am doing 5 to 8, 3 minute randori sessions a class in addition to uchigomi and warmups. I keep pushing and pushing, but I need to find some more cardio building activities without running.. I think adding a third day a week to judo would be beneficial.
Not that I would ever condone the downloading of music/software that you didn’t pay for, I would like to support a community that does have the gal to stick to the man.

Here is another reason why China isn’t taking a stance with the rest of the world to help out Myanmar and the plight of Buddhist monks.
Speaking of Myanmar, the word is now that the government has soldiers at TV Stations forcing reporters to read pro-government propaganda at gun point.. still looking for some sources to see if this is true.
Been there, but haven’t done this. But still wonder why she would want to keep the ring. In this reason, I guess there are probably 48k reasons… perhaps she is just a adultering materialistic person. Hope he wins.
GCAN Project- This is actually in Saitama, near Tokyo. But check out the pictures. This is a drainage system designed to alleviate flooding during Typhoon and Monsoon seasons here. The “Temple” room is pretty damn amazing looking. Apparently they use this for movies, commercials and some art installations (most likely during the summer…)
