    well, there’s one good thing about living in the south. despite the lack of hockey fans, i can get a shit ton of collard greens for about a buck. just ate collards with lunch yesterday. take that cholesterol.

    bah, mustard greens are better…

    or kale. sweat them down in a little bacon fat, shallots, and some s&p. Yummy!
