1)Use the non-dominant hand when doing daily activities (brush teeth, writing, holding the phone, etc). 2)Stand on one leg. 3)Contralateral limb movements (ie right hand to left knee). 4)Alternate nostril breathing. 5)Dancing! (if you think about it, you're basically incorporating many of these during dance or other movement techniques). All of these really help when I'm feeling sluggish and energy is low. Great natural vitality! whoot whoot. The connection between physiology and mental state is a tenet of Somatic Psychology (sorry it's not about peyote trips heheheh).
