So some of the school girls here have really fat legs. More big then fat as they walk or ride bikes everywhere. I found it kind of odd.. apparently it is common enough to have it’s own term: daikonashi or radish legs. Daikons here are HUGE (and delicious!) Anyways, daikon-ashi.

Ok.. I will see if I can find some in a jar and add it to the box of stuff I have for you guys. Pickled daikons here are great, you can find them at 711! Instead of hotdogs and taquitos, the 711s have pickled diakon and tofu.
